Here at Darby Acre Doodles, our goal is to raise healthy puppies that are well socialized, and that will make a great friend and addition to your family. Our puppies will have been seen by our veterinarian and will be up to date on shots and parasite prevention. Every puppy that we sell here at Darby Acre Doodles comes with a one-year (from date of birth) health guarantee. Below are the details of our health guarantee.

Our guarantee protects against life-threatening hereditary and congenital disorders only. It does not cover common parasites, nor do we cover bacteria-related upper respiratory infections as both are easy to treat and should never result in death. We do not cover issues resulting in low blood sugar as such conditions are a result of a lack of nutrition and would be considered negligence. If a life-threatening hereditary or congenital disorder is found we will need to see the official report from a licensed veterinarian along with a phone number of the veterinarian's office. Should death occur within one year of birth, an autopsy must be done and a death certificate from the purchasers' licensed veterinarian must be presented to the seller. The seller reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis with our veterinarian before a decision about a replacement will be made. If a replacement is an order, a replacement puppy will be given from a current or future litter. Replacement puppies will be mutually agreed-upon by Darby Acre Doodles and the purchaser. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be of the exact parents of the original puppy. No cash refund will be given in unless we are not planning to have another litter of the same breed. In the event that we will not be having another litter of the same breed, we will refund the original price of the puppy (we will not refund the shipping cost). Again, throughout all of this, all veterinarian charges and other costs once leaving our care incurred by the purchaser are the responsibility of the purchaser. Puppies can become stressed during shipping, adjustments to a new home environment, new diet, proper handling, etc. Such stressors may bring problems such as worms, coccidiosis, hypoglycemia, etc. We have no control over the puppy's environment once they leave our care and these conditions are the responsibility of the purchaser.
